It is very important to keep a high opinion about yourself. I read and learn about people’s struggle with self confidence every day as they share their challenges with me. And the first thing I tell them is how easy and light life will become if they love themselves and maintain high self-esteem. It has taken me years to grasp this but some daily practical practices have helped me gain true core self-confidence. I have ups and downs we all do but when the rubber meets the road I know in my knower that there is only of me and I know there is only one of YOU! Start giving ear to the desires and cries of your heart. Your body may require getting fitter and feeling completely out of shape gives all the negative signals to the brain. Don’t wait! If your body desires something, go ahead and do it. Join the gym or stretch at home. Do simple things that keep you motivated.
